AcetoneISO è un'applicazione per lavorare con immagini CD/DVD. Puo montare formati proprietary tipici del mondo windows come ISO MDF NRG IMG BIN e fare tante altre cose.
Ecco le novità della nuova versione 2.2 tratte dal sito del produttore:- added utility to format a CD-RW fast/complete with full support to dbus, automatic media detection and usage of phonon technology
- added utility to format a DVD-RW and DVD+RW fast/complete with full support to dbus, automatic media detection and usage of phonon technology
- added utility to calculate shasums of images in 128,256 and 384 bits
- when downloading a video from Youtube, AcetoneISO will now download video in High Quality if available
- when downloading a video from Youtube, AcetoneISO will automatically retrieve the videos name and set the saved filename with it
- acetoneiso will now delete ~/virtual-drives folder when not needed
- fixed a bug preventing database from showing images that had a suffix in upper case
- fixed a bug in context menu of mount display that cut the image's name if it had spaces in its file name
- fixed some extension filters in qdialogs
- unmount button now specifies the current selected image if one is selected and enables it, otherwise is disabled
Per installare AcetoneISO 2.2 su Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala, bisogna aggiungere i Repository GetDeb che consentono di installare in maniera semplice e veloce le diverse applicazioni rese disponibili.
Aggiungiamo quindi al file sources.list il Repository installando questo pacchetto
oppure editiamo manualmente il file sources.list scrivendo nel terminale
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.listed aggiungiamo in fondo al file
deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu karmic-getdeb appspoi in una finestra di terminale digitiamo
wget -O- http://archive.getdeb.net/getdeb-archive.key | sudo apt-key add -ed abbiamo così aggiunto anche la chiave d'autenticazione.
