* Added: Total transfer time is now displayed in the log after a transfer is complete.
* Added: Raw directory listing.

* Changed: Deleting local files now displays a confirmation prompt.
* Changed: Context menu for items Delete, Create Directory and Rename now use shortcut keys.
* Changed: Server Manager and Preferences dialogs will now prompt to save the settings if the form is closed with either the cancel or close buttons.
* Fixed: Sorting by date and size columns now works as expected for remote directories. (Thanks Jotnar).
